I offer Nutritional Therapy consultations at my home clinic in Bristol or by Skype.  

We'll start by working together to improve your nutritional profile, which I believe underpins lifelong health.  We'll also look at making lifestyle changes that will enhance the quality of your sleep, ensure you enjoy regular exercise and help you effectively manage stress, all of which are critical to optimising your wellbeing.
